Women's walk for Monday - May 2, 2016.
Text and photos complements of Margaret Jones. - Dennis
The Womens’ walking group spent a wonderful morning walking on Mount
Tzouhalem Monday May 2nd. It was a warm day and it did not take long for
sweaters to be removed as the sun was warm.
The wild flowers are a little ahead of last year. We hunted far and wide
and could not find any chocolate lilies. We did fine many other flowers in
brilliant array. On our ramble through the Gary Oaks stopping to take
photographs we were fortunate to meet one of the Naturalists who works in the
area. He was very helpful in answering some of the questions about the reserve
Following our ramble the group stopped in Duncan for lunch and home to check out
their photos
