YSAGS again this year was well represented at the Shawnigan Lake Canada Day Celebrations.
We had about 20 members walk in the Parade with Activity billboards. We also had a tent at the Elsie Miles grounds with a game for children to enjoy.

The Annual YSAGS Barbeque was held June 11, 2019 on a great sunny afternoon.
The event started with a Horse Race, continued with a Bean Bag Tournament and ended with a feast of hamburgers, potatoe salad and ice cream.
The following pictures would indicate everybody had a good time.

Spring Clean Up at the Legion - April 7

Hello All,

Many eager YSAGS members came with tools and supplies to give the YSAGS room and the Legion yard a great Spring clean up. We started at 9:00 am sharp and worked till noon to get the job done. Next time you come, check out the great job done inside and out in the yard.
We of course took time out to enjoy coffee and doughnuts.

YSAGS and Shawnigan Lake Celebrates CANADA DAY!

Here's a Great Canada Day to all!

YSAGS members were in the parade!  Thanks Fran and Dianne. And Thanks to our Line Dancers.

Other members were busy all day helping budding carpenters to build bird houses, bird feeders and tool kits.

July 1st Kid Kit Preps

Several YSAG members get together to construct Bird House, Bird Feeder and Tool Box Kits to be assembled July 1st - Canada Day by future seniors.

Thanks to Ken for the use of his garage and driveway  -  and to all the workers who provided their professional carpentry skills.  And also to the donut lady and to Barb for supplying us with coffee.
