Women's Walking Group

Eight had a good walk on the trails along the Cowichan River. Nice weather and an interesting walk. There were only a few ducks on the river which is very high. We went by the fish hatchery, eco centre and on to the waste water treatment plant. Many seagulls and ducks here. Thank you Margaret and Lynne for driving.Next monday March 7th. we walk Carlton road, then on to Merridale to explore the grounds and buildings. We will have lunch at the Merridale Bistro. Meet at the Legion at 10 am.  VM
