Women's Walking Group

Another beautiful walking day for twelve of us who did 5.5 Km on part of the Trans Canada Trail. The Glenora Trails Head Community Park is a a well kept park with plenty of parking space. We plan to make a second trip to see more of the trails and the river. We now know we walked a small portion of the trail. It was interesting knowing that the Trans Canada Trail winds it's way through every province and territory. It will be the largest trail in the world spanning approximatly 16000 Km
from sea, to sea, to sea. The Glenora Cafe was quite interesting and we enjoyed the food. Thank you to our drivers. A new member to the walking group  two weeks ago, we welcomed Lynda. Good to see you back with the group, Anne. We hope you enjoyed your walk with the us, Kim. Next monday the 9th the walk will be at the Kinsol Trestle. Leaving the Legion at 10 am.
Not many pictures taken on the trail, but we will be returning. Some birds seen on the return home.
