Men's Walking Group

Great weather once again for a 6 Km trek and Pub lunch at the Crow & Gate.  This time a walk on the Duke/Jack Point trail near Nanaimo.  Map and photos below.  --  DeNNis.
Parked the cars at the Duke/Jack Point trail parking lot (bottom right).  The yellow dotted line shows the route from there.

Easy flat trail to start.


The welcoming statue has seen
better days.


First staircase - 35 stairs.

Lots of unique shapes in the rocks from water wear.

Difficult to catch these Sea Lions above water -
they keep diving out of sight.



Some one says "Looks like a golf course
down there."

 Cars are just beyond the light at the end of the tunnel.
