Womens Walking Group

Ten walkers circled Spectacle Lake. It was a bit early for many wildflowers. We did meet Earl, a
friendly Mastiff who is two years old,weighs 200 pounds and will gain another 30 to 40 pounds
when he grows up. We then went on to Bamberton to explore the beach and area. Coffee with
goodies at the Chippery was enjoyed.Next Monday 20th. Victoria Day will be busy at most parks,
lakes and beaches so we will walk in the Shawnigan area including the Baldy Mtn. Trail. For the
"after walk coffee" we are invited to Dianne's house. Meet at the Legion at 9:30 am.   V.M.
