Tai Chi Group

Hi Gang, hope you all had a great summer.   Tai Chi is back on Fridays now.  Hope to see you there!  New comers are welcome.  I am teaching a Beginners class at 9:00 Am  and  Intermediate at 10:00 Am.  Tai Chi is a exercise which has many health benefits, it gently works to strengthen every part of the body.  With gentle exercises & Tai Chi both help with flexibility and circulation.  Come and join us, its energizing and fun!  Free for members.
