Women's Walking Group

Thank you to Dianne for the Blog information, and to Helen for the Bob-O Link walk photos. I missed the Dec. 21st Blog while away. On the Dec. 28th. walk four diehards met at the Legion, walked through Cairn Park, down Wilmot to the village, past the old Shawnigan Lake Town hall which no longer exists. A big machine has leveled the property and a split rail fence lines the front of the property. A walk to the government wharf, back to Shawnigan Coffee House for drinks, other people offered us chocolates and scottish shortbread. Not hungry for lunch. Next monday Jan 4th. meet at the Legion 10am., park at Great Greens parking lot, walk the path down to Cowichan Bay and lunch at the pub. Happy New Year.
