Lynne Carlos, Donna Lovejoy and Deborah Radhuber  representing  the YSAG Quilting Group donated 44 quilts to the Cowichan Woman Against Violence Society to be distributed amongst their various programs. 

CWAVS offer counseling, advocacy, emergency shelter, community  development  and education for women. Founded on principles of compassion, dignity, and confidentiality, they aim to support and empower women and children  affected by abuse.
