Chair Yoga is a more accessible health and wellness option that moves you through gentle easy stretches/poses from a seated and standing position.
Jen's classes include mantra/prayer, breath work and meditation and she has specialized training in adjustments, prop use, adaptations and more.
Join Jen for CHAIR YOGA at the Malahat Legion.
Weekly on Tuesday at 10:30 am. or Friday at 10:15 am.
The drop-in fee is $8.00 per class. Please pre-register.
