Womens Walking

Last monday we walked (sloshed) along the "Goose" (slug) trail. It was quite a
challenge to avoid stepping on slugs. We saw much mossy rock which was
very colourful.A Pileated Woodpecker ignored us as he destroyed a fallen
tree looking for ants.Their beaks are very large and strong making a loud noise.
We ended our walk at Vera Cairns for coffee and many, many Krispie
Squares.Next monday we go to Bright Angel Park.Meet at the Legion
at 9:30am.Bring a lunch.See you there........V.M.
