Tai Chi Group

Tai Chi is cancelled to today (Apr. 16th) due to fact the Legion is having a Zone Meeting.  I am very sorry about that and that short notice.   I will be going on a little holiday next week so no Tai Chi on the 23rd.  Next one will be on the 30th.  See you all then.  Thank you Helen.

the pictures of our walk around Matheson Lake today I coudn't get them in the men's walking group blog, but anyway their on the main one, It was a good walk and I know we all enjoyed the lunch, so next week maybe we will try Oliphant Lake. Good turn out today 10 of us c u next Monday

Yesterday,the 5th, we had a good walk and interesting one too. First we went down and surveyed the storm damage at the marina, and there was lots. Then we went on to the little park up the road and seen lots of sea lions and Merganser ducks and in the little beach with milky water from herring spawning, and eagle's diving for the herring. On top of that, we then walked up the big hill to the Frayne Centre and on down Tim Hortons for coffee. There was 8 of us. Next week we are off to walk around Matheson Lake with lunch at My-Chosen Cafe. We leave the Legion at 8:30 and will be back by 2pm tks c u there

Our walk behind the legion and the Bob-O-Link trail was a bit soggy.We had sun,
showers,rain,a downpour,high winds,and back to sunshine.We saw our first Lady
Slipper and there were some fungus among us.We were a little damp when we
returned to the Legion,but we really enjoyed our coffee ! April 5th. is Easter Monday
so there will not be a walk. Hoping everyone had a nice Easter.  .......... V.M.
